Read this recently – What-have-you-tried-for-30-days-that-changed-everything and was really inspired. I have read similar things before, like on zenhabits where the writer practices and encourages you to try out a month of mindfulness, a month of minimalism and many such things.
It takes a lot of commitment and constant effort to practice it. It is something that I really want to try. Maybe I should start of with something really simple and then aim at bigger challenges. Will share on the blog when I do attempt something. 🙂
